The Boab is a good all-round camping and travel bag. Its key advantages are its roomy shape, its ability to be vented, and its convertibility into a quilt in warm weather. The Hamelin has a more technical hood and footbox and the Free Flow zip system, making it more suitable for backpacking.
No. The Boab is only offered in a Left zip version. The Trek / Women's Trek sleeping bags would be a better option for this use.
